Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM & Power Platform Functional Consultant

saas nine is working with a Big Four Accounting Firm, an Internationally recognised and award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner. This firm has seen significant growth in the APAC region and is currently focused on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) projects within the Education Sector.

Position overview.

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM & Power Platform Functional Consultant to facilitate these niche projects. This role will require strong experience and expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Case Management Modules. Additional experience in Portals, Power Automate, Power Apps, Flow, and Logic Apps will be highly advantageous.

The successful candidate will be seen as the go-to person, responsible for running end-to-end implementations through to cutover/go-live, workshops, documentation, and configuration to KUTs and UAT.

Essential functions.

• Evaluating and understanding client business processes and requirements to prepare a detailed Business Requirement Specification (BRS)
• Ability to analyze client objectives and requirements to provide tailored software solutions
• Convert requirements to functional specifications and design documents
• Lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, particularly in Sales, Marketing, and Case Management Modules
• Hands-on experience in Portals, Power Automate, Power Apps, Flow, and Logic Apps
• Work closely with clients and team members to define, design, and align the business applications to client needs
• Ability to Configure, Test, and Demo the solution
• Experience in handling SIT, End-user training, UAT, and Go Live
• Experience in data migration activities
• Manage and deliver projects independently; take ownership of deliverables and projects.
• Facilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients.

Your profile.

• 8-12 years of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional experience
• Experience within the Education Sector is highly desirable
• At least one end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE/CRM project
• Consulting experience in project delivery
• Strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Case Management Modules
• Experience with Portals, Power Automate, Power Apps, Flow, and Logic Apps
• Excellent communication, analysis, and documentation skills
• Positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Collaborative working style
• Appropriate Microsoft certifications
