We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Team Lead with a robust background in project delivery, management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with board and C-level executives.

Position Overview

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Team Lead will be responsible for designing, configuring, deploying, and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions, along with leveraging technologies from the Power Platform and Azure. This role is vital in steering the technical direction, managing projects, and fostering continuous improvement within the team.

Essential Functions

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Oversee integration projects utilizing Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Dynamics 365 domain.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Dynamics 365 team.
• Facilitate effective communication across all levels, including with board members and C-level executives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure developments and trends.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including design, configuration, and deployment.
• Proficiency in utilizing Power Platform and Azure for integration and solution enhancement.
• A strong track record of successful project management and delivery.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
• Collaborative and team-oriented, with a commitment to driving positive change and innovation.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications and qualifications.
