With expertise in project management, supply chain, customer relationship management, and more, they have worked with clients across various industries, from large corporations to SMEs.

In their current role as a Principle Functional Consultant/Solutions Architect, the individual is responsible for implementing Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. They excel in running workshops to gather client requirements, configuring and implementing user software requirements, managing data migration, and designing integration requirements. Their proficiency in providing comprehensive financial reporting, gathering customisation requirements, and supporting UAT testing contributes to the success of their projects. They also manage an offshore support and development team, showcasing their strong leadership skills.

Prior to their current role, the individual held positions as a Solutions Architect and Senior Consultant, where they implemented Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations, D365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, Marketing, and CRM. They have extensive experience in running workshops, defining user software requirements, designing new processes, and creating training documentation.
